Sean Sullivan is a tech innovator, sales expert, and customer relations expert with more than 25 years of expertise in the home automation sector. He pairs a broad range of creative tech skills with a deep understanding of the people, their homes, lifestyle, and needs.

Co Owner of SuRe Innovations, a Technology Integrator in Saskatchewan Canada, with a specialization for Home Automation and Technology Integration. Sean is also the President and Sales Manager of the company. With vast experience in sales and people marketing, Sean works tirelessly to ensure that not only are his company’s goals met, but customers satisfied.

In addition to providing home automation, SuRe Innovations, through the guidance of Sean Sullivan, are also an experienced provider of luxurious automation services for homes and various building structures. By maintaining a strong professional relationship with every significant luxury builder in Saskatchewan, SuRe Innovations have been able to work on almost every major residential luxury project in the market. To date, Sean’s influence in SuRe Innovations ensures that they remain a top choice for home automation in Saskatchewan Canada and beyond.

In addition to governing the affairs of SuRe Innovations, Sean Sullivan also majors in other bodies in the tech and entrepreneurship industry. One of which is the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), of which he has been a member since 2015. Sean was also a part of the Control4 Dealer Council in the early days of Control4 and took up an advisory role, and provided direction on new products.

Sean has 4 Qualifications and a Degree of Study, with the majority of them being industry-specific. Sean is also a family man, a father, a devote husband, and a business partner, among other notable things.

Tom Redhead enjoys designing things. When he isn’t spending time with his family or outdoors on an adventure experiencing life, you’ll find him neck-deep in a new idea. As the co-founder and operations manager of SuRe InnoVations, Tom spends his time designing and implementing home automation solutions for clients in Saskatchewan and beyond.

In his 20 years plus career as a tech innovator and consumer electronics veteran, Tom has overseen the completion of hundreds of residential and commercial, electrical, technology installations and home automation projects across Western Canada. As a co-owner of SuRe InnoVations, he oversees the running of the company’s activities and has systematically contributed to a surge in the company’s growth and development over the last couple of years.

Before co-founding SuRe InnoVations, Tom spent nine years with a major consumer electronics retailer, specializing in custom installation and systems integration. During that period, he co-designed and project managed one of the largest residential home automation installations in Western Canada.

His experiences throughout his career, coupled with his drive for innovation and exceptional customer service, have impacted significantly on his role as co-owner and operations manager of SuRe InnoVations.

In addition to his professional ambitions and being an astounding family man, Tom is also a champion for his community. His drive and passion for growth and development have been so significant that they earned him the position of a municipal councilor for the Village of Borden Saskatchewan, where he lives with his family. Tom attended the University of Saskatchewan College of Engineering. He is also a former CEDIA Certified Designer and holds various industry manufacturer training certifications.

I am a dedicated electrician with a Red Seal Journeyman's Electrical ticket and over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. My expertise ranges from service calls and renovations to home automation and sales, ensuring safe and efficient electrical systems across various settings. My journey into the electrical field began with a passion for car audio and wiring, which I developed right out of high school.

I have always had big dreams and a passion for becoming a partner or owning a company, striving to see it grow and succeed. This entrepreneurial spirit drives me to continually improve and expand my skills and knowledge in the electrical industry.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid golfer, hockey enthusiast, and snowboarding aficionado. I spend my free time on the golf course perfecting my swing, at the rink playing or watching hockey games, and hitting the slopes in the winter. Additionally, I enjoy spending time at the lake during the summer, appreciating the tranquility and outdoor activities it offers.

I also cherish my family life and enjoy spending quality time with my son. Balancing my professional and personal life, I strive to be a role model for him, showing the importance of hard work, dedication, and pursuing one's passions.

My journey at SuRe InnoVations began 8+ years ago with a deep passion for design. While embracing my Computer-Aided Design (CAD) diploma and strengthening my leadership skills, my roles and responsibilities continued to grow to become the leader of the Projects Team at SuRe InnoVations. 

Recently becoming a Partner at SuRe InnoVations was a natural progression in my career journey. It signifies my deep passion with the company’s values, vision and goals. My journey at SuRe InnoVations is also fueled by our talented team members and their shared vision. I look forward to continuing our journey of innovation and growth at SuRe InnoVations. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two boys, engaging in all outdoor activities, playing golf, hockey, baseball, and coaching youth sports.
