Security Salesperson

Team: Sales Team


As a Security Salesperson on our Sales Team at SuRe InnoVations, you will be accountable for the successful prospecting, sales, and customer relationships involving our Security systems. Guided by our core values of Customer Focus, Innovation, Honesty, and Care, you will guide our customers' experience from the initial meeting through to completion of our work.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Security Sales
    • Prospect new clients, in concert with our Marketing Team’s efforts
    • Generate leads, create deals, and close projects
    • Maintain customer relationships and track sales to achieve measurable targets
    • Represent and Demonstrate our products and services in our world class Experience Center
    • Be courteous, clean and professional at all times
    • Manage your workload and tasks via a cloud-based CRM system.
    • Collaborate with Electrical and Technology Sales on projects with integrated solutions.
  • Project Champion
    • Observe project progress to inform forecasting and engage preparation activities
    • Inform planning and preparation efforts by communicating deliverables and promises.
    • Communicate often and work efficiently with client stakeholders to maintain alignment of goals.
Prerequisite Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General computer skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, logic, and reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
Prerequisite Qualifications
  • Maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
  • Provide acceptable criminal record check
  • Provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19
  • Must have achieved Grade 12 diploma or higher
  • Industry experience is preferred but not required
Additional Details
  • Pay is negotiable, and based on experience and value created
  • Benefits offered after 3 months of employment
  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 8-4:30. Some overtime required
  • On the job training will be provided
